Foundable

Company

A company built around
one sentence.

Foundable builds digital workers for organisations in the Gulf. Everything else we do is downstream of that.

The position

Not software people
operate. Staff who
do the work.

Each worker has a role, a manager, a defined level of authority, and a written record of everything it did. Anything that carries consequence is held until a named person signs for it.

They work in Arabic as a first language, on the organisation's own records, inside infrastructure the organisation controls.

The premise is simple. Most organisations do not have a knowledge problem. They have a capacity problem, and the work that goes undone is rarely the work that was unimportant.

How we work

Four commitments.

These are the things we hold ourselves to, and they are the things worth holding us to.

  1. 01Say what is builtWe distinguish between what has been built and what has been proven in service, and we use language that keeps the difference visible. The distinction gets tested in due diligence, so it is better stated up front.
  2. 02Answer in publicThe objections are on this site, in the words people actually use to raise them. Nothing is behind a form.
  3. 03Write for the blockerRisk, compliance and audit are not an obstacle to route around. They are the reason the authority model and the record exist.
  4. 04Add capacity, not headcountThis is a productivity position. In Saudi Arabia, employing and developing the national workforce is a legal obligation and a national priority. A digital worker adds capacity and removes nobody.
