Running inside your own environment, and what that requires of you.
A worker can run inside the organisation's own environment, on infrastructure it controls. Nothing has to leave the building for the work to get done.
It uses the systems you already have. There is no requirement to replace a system of record, and no intermediate copy of your data to keep in step.
Access is granted the way it would be for a member of staff: named, scoped, reviewable, and revocable. A worker's access is part of its authority, not separate from it.
